Faisal Sublaban is one the preeminent voices in the travel and hospitality industry. After beginning his career in finance, Faisal obtained his masters from Harvard University and set his sights on innovating an industry he saw ripe for growth – the travel and hospitality industry.

Landing at Bonotel Exclusive Travel in 2011, Faisal was appointed as the President and CEO of the company in 2014, after the sale of the company to the Carlyle Group. With a forward-thinking investment group, Faisal began ushering Bonotel into the digital age and solidifying their position as a leader in luxury hospitality. In 2020, Faisal was also appointed the SVP of Internova Travel Group Hotel Division, one of the largest travel services groups in the world. Within this role, Faisal oversaw all supplier technology, data and sourcing of over $4B of hotel contracts.
